We believe God is already at work in the lives of people across MCC. Formed is an opportunity to invest in what God is already doing — helping people grow in faith, recognise their gifts and discover how God might use them.
We don’t create leaders.
We recognise God’s work.
We encourage it.
We nurture it.
We release it.
You don’t need to think of yourself as a leader. In fact, Formed was created particularly for people who might rule themselves out. It’s about becoming more like Jesus and discovering what God has already placed within you.
