Bible Groups

Every Tuesday, the Message Community Hub becomes the place where people come together to learn the Bible, ask honest questions, and grow in faith.

In the mornings, we’ve recently been looking at the book of Acts and explore how the first followers of Jesus lived out their faith in real life. The session is relaxed and welcoming, whether you’re new to the Bible or have been reading it for years, you’ll find a friendly group of people who enjoy learning together. You want to called on to read or pray, unless you want to.

On Tuesday evenings we have several groups running at the same time. One group is working through the book of Exodus, discovering the big story of God setting His people free. Another group is aimed specifically at beginners, people who are new to faith and want help with the basics. At the same time, we have a men’s bible group, which gives an opportunity for lads to learn, grow and support each other.

No matter which group you join, you’ll find a warm welcome, good conversation, and plenty of support as you explore faith at your own pace.

Place and time

  • We meet in the Message Community Hub (which is the same building as the Mess Cafe and Sharston Community Grocery).
  • The morning group is 10:30am to 12:00 noon.
  • The evening groups meet from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.
  • Come half an hour before to chat and get a drink and a piece of cake.
